History of S.M. Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd. The Sermmitr Co., Ltd. was established in 1951 as a distributor of medicines from Upjohn, Park-Davis, Pierrel, Zambon, etc. After running pharmaceutical business for a while, Sermmitr did an agreement with Zambon to be a sole distributor of Zambon's products in Thailand. Since then, we have been continuing a good business relationship with Zambon until now. In 1962, a subsidiary company of the Sermmitr Co.,Ltd., S.M.Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd., was founded. S.M. Pharmaceutical has been a sole distributor of the Sermmitr's products including those imported from Zambon. S.M.Pharmaceutical also has the products of its own. The company used to export products to Philippines and Loas. Currently, we are trying to expand our business to more countries. In addition, We are willing to import more products from other countries either. At present, S.M.Pharmaceutical has 30,000,000 Baht (approximately USD 714,285.71) paid-up capital. The company has 74 full-time employees. The office building is situated on Rajdamnoen Rd., the historic part of Bangkok, and the plant is situated in Samudprakarn province. The S.M.Pharmaceutical's plant has obtained GMP certificate, and we applying for ISO 9002.
